Ron will change the local earned income tax to a personal income tax that includes investment earnings, and use the added revenue to cut residential property taxes dollar for dollar—while ensuring that pensions and Social Security remain untaxed.
CYBER CHARTER SCHOOLS
Ron will stop excessive taxpayer support of cyber charter schools, which drives up school property taxes, and ensure that public schools are funded adequately and fairly.
PENN STATE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ron will reform the Penn State Board of Trustees so it fairly represents students, parents, faculty, taxpayers, and the communities the university serves.
DATA CENTERS
Ron will support legislation requiring data centers to pay for the electricity they use, rather than passing the cost onto homeowners and businesses.

Ron will allow independent voters to participate in primary elections, ensuring all voters can fully engage in our electoral process.
